Our Doctors
Dr. Graham Dersley
As a dental specialist, Dr. Dersley is one of Maryland’s top experts in helping patients with major dental problems. He has helped his patients overcome such problems as: embarrassment with their teeth, severe dental anxiety, social problems due to not being able to eat a meal comfortably, and chronic dental pain due to unhealthy teeth.
Dr. Dersley believes that when you can smile with confidence, chew comfortably and have a healthy mouth, life is better. His focus is to provide you with a plan that will ensure comfortable care, minimal pain, and a confident and healthy smile for a lifetime.
Dr. Christopher Wolf
A lifelong Terp and Maryland native, Dr. Chris Wolf graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Physiology and Neurobiology, followed by completing his dental degree at the University of Maryland Dental School. After dental school, Dr. Wolf worked in private practice for several years in Anne Arundel County, where he received rave reviews and praise by patients for his gentle touch and caring personality. He has served on the Board of Admission for the University of Maryland Dental School and volunteers his time with the Special Olympics and Mission of Mercy Dental Clinics.
In addition to dentistry, Dr. Wolf enjoys traveling and playing in a masters lacrosse league. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his son, daughter and dog, Sperry.
Dr. Eric Gabriel
Dr. Gabriel graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond with a BS in biology and chemistry. He then stayed down in Richmond, VA and graduated dental school from Virginia Commonwealth University. Since then, Dr. Gabriel has been in private practice serving the Maryland and Washington, DC areas. He understands that everyone can be a little anxious at the dentist and does his best to make sure you are comfortable, confident, and relaxed.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Gabriel enjoys hiking with his dog Emme and cooking with his wife. During the summers, Dr. Gabriel loves to golf and tube or kayak the Gunpowder River in northern Maryland. Most recently Dr. Gabriel has joined the Annapolis Pickleball Club!
Dr. Sheila Mazhari
Dr. Mazhari completed her undergraduate studies in Neurophysiology at the University of Maryland, College Park and completed her Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences in Miami, Florida. Loving the warm weather, she chose to stay in Florida to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. Since then, Dr. Mazhari has been practicing in Northern Virginia for several years and has recently moved back to Maryland to be closer to friends and family.
From the moment you meet Dr. Mazhari, you will notice her compassionate and calming demeanor. You will also notice her dedication to making sure you are at ease because she understands how scary going to the dentist can be. Her main goal is to make sure her patients are comfortable before, during, and after treatment and she is committed to providing quality one-on-one care.
In her free time, you can find Dr. Mazhari chasing her daughter, Lily. She also loves taking boxing and spinning classes.
Dr. Sharmin meraj
Dr. Meraj completed a B.S. in Biology from Lafayette College and worked in research at Strong Memorial Hospital before getting her DDS at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 1998. She completed her General Practice Residency (GPR) at Staten Island University Hospital before starting private practice in Manhattan. During this time she completed the NYU-Brookdale Hospital maxi course in dental implants and has been placing implants since 2004.
She relocated to Maryland in 2003 and has been a Calvert County resident for almost 20 years. She is dedicated to making every patient's dental experience gentle and effortless. She invests a lot of time into understanding a patient’s lifestyle in order to better address their needs. It is her love of implant and cosmetic dentistry that motivates her to evolve with new dental technology.
She spends her free time with her children, family and friends. She enjoys the theater, concerts, museums and travel.
